Alpha reality check
- Preview builds run in short-lived Docker containers on the interview host.
- Templates are currently focused on Next.js (JS + TS) to keep interviews realistic and consistent.
- After sign-up, onboarding is personal: we'll cover what's supported today and what your org needs next.
- Pricing is in beta. Early adopters will be grandfathered at current rates.

Common questions about our pricing and plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What happens to coming-soon features?
Features marked "Coming Soon" will be automatically added to eligible plans as they're released. You don't need to upgrade to access them if they're included in your current plan tier.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual plans are available with 20% savings compared to monthly billing. Contact us for annual pricing details.
Do you have a free plan?
Not today. HireAegis Interviewer includes real build environments and AI usage, so a subscription is required to create interview rooms. If you're evaluating and want a guided trial, contact us.
What if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional capacity. We won't cut off service without warning.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Within 60 days of sign up, we'll refund unused session credits. Used credits (sessions already consumed) aren't refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We're currently in alpha and working on payment integration. For now, contact us to discuss billing options for paid plans.
